SHIPPING & HANDLING

• Sales Tax will be charged for shipments to an Arkansas address @ 9.25% or at a rate based on Arkansas Shipping Address.

• Payments are requested for an eBay sale within 4 business days of auction closing, or the Sale may be cancelled and the next highest bidder notified.


• Our Paypal payment address is: customer.service@EliteCustomComputers.net - Note: We prefer shipping to confirmed addresses.


• USA based Credit Cards (Visa and MasterCard only) -We Prefer to ship ALL orders to the credit card billing address.


• Buyers residing outside of US & Canada with be required to use PayPal due to currency exchange or use a Guarenteed USD payment method.


• Personal Checks MUST Clear Bank before item ships. [approx 7 business days] 
  NOTE: NSF issues will be dealt with according to Arkansas Hot Check Statues and accessed a $35.00 fee per item .

• We will ship to any street address within the continental United States (Alaska and Hawaii will incur additional shipping costs).


• We support our military yet we will not ship to APO, FPO or PO BOX addresses.
  Military? Please supply us with a Conus address or contact us to make shipping arrangements
  
  
• We can drop ship to an addresses other than the Credit Card billing address, or a shipping address provided by Paypal on a case by case basis
  
  
• We will combine Shipping and Handling from multiple auctions by the same Ebay ID winner- Please notify us if you are expecting to use this option
  
  
• A Handling fee is included for all shipments. Shipping Insurance is optional but encouraged above covered amount
  
  
• To ship your order, we will use the carrier of our choice, and transit times typically vary between 2-7 business days depending upon the distance from the shipping point. - Alaska and Hawaii will be shipped by 2-3 Day Air and WILL incur slightly additional shipping charges.

We guarantee the item you purchase is in the condition described above, or you may return it for exchange.

• You agree to report discrepancies or defects using this form within 7 business days of receipt of the item


• No Exchanges on items to be returned without an RMA (Return Material Authorization).


• User abuse, dogs chewing, children throwing and various other similar destructive methods not covered. Warranty support by the Manufacturer.
